Items ship from Korea and are delivered in 5–14 business days.

You can cancel before your order ships, right from your order page. If your order hasn't been paid, no charge is made. If you've already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method — usually within 3–5 business days. If an item sells out after payment, we cancel and refund it automatically.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in resalable condition. Request a return from your order page — our team reviews it and emails you the return address. For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the buyer. Opened hygiene items and custom items can't be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an item missing, request a return within 14 days of delivery and select "Damaged" for damage or "Wrong item" if something is incorrect or missing. For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund once your return is approved. The outer box is protective packaging — minor scratches or dents on the outer box from transit aren't grounds for a return.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders to the US, and to the EU at €150 or under, they're prepaid at checkout — nothing more to pay on delivery. For most other destinations, duties are collected by the carrier or customs around the time of delivery. We can't declare a value lower than you paid.

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method — usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
